CARDBOARD SHEETS RETAIL

Our 70 000ft² building allows us to keep in stock a large inventory of cardboard. We have many standard formats available in different thickness. Our standard formats don’t meet your expectations? We also offer the possibility of ordering a specific format with a minimum order. What format do you need?

LAMINATED

Paulymark’s reputation was built on our famous gluer. Since our beginnings, we glue cardboard of all sizes to satisfy the needs of our clients.

Machine specifications:

• Minimal dimension: 10" x 20"
• Maximal dimension: 52" x 116"
• Thickness: .025 points to .250 points

CUTTING

We have two guillotines with which we can offer three types of cuts: simple cut, trimmed and double trimmed . The process of a double trimmed cut consists in cutting a second time for maximum precision.

• Minimal dimension: 0.25" x 1"
• Maximal dimension: 82" x 87"

DIE-CUTTING

We have three clam shelf die cutters of different sizes for greater flexibility. We can also advise you on the conception of your cutting die and we have space to store it once the job is completed.

SLITTING

Slitting offers a precise and quality cut for an optimal result. For the past 30 years, we have developed a special expertise on that level. We are always evolving by concentrating our energy on improving the equipment in order to offer the best quality products for our customers.

• Maximal thickness: .150 points

GROOVING

Grooving requires precision and specialized equipment. Our equipment allows us to make a wide variation of grooving widths.

• Grooving widths: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16"

Round corners

We have developed our own semi-automatic machine to answer the highest quality and speed standards. The machine allows us to obtain the two round corners in one single operation.

• Thickness: .050 points to .120 points
• Radius available: 3/16’’ – 1/4’’– 5/16’’ – 3/8’’ – 1/2’’ – 7/16’’

STORAGE AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

We offer the possibility of just in time supply since we can manage your inventory on-site. This means that we can produce your entire order and expedite it in several shipments. This service allows you to order bigger quantities and obtain a better rate and a service suited to your needs.
